05 Jun The R U Appy Team join forces with the Graduate Diploma in Indigenous Health Promotion
The R U Appy team (Sasha Harrington and Simon Dubois) were invited to present the ‘Ur Mobile: a tool for well-being’ half-day workshop for the University of Sydney Graduate Diploma of Indigenous Health Promotion students, held in Lismore in May. Reflecting on the experience of teaching into this course, Sasha commented on the importance of “connecting health promotion students with the ‘e-space’’, noting that ‘the students could see immediately how they could use these skills and the importance of technology in health promotion in the Aboriginal community”.
