Our logo is an interpretation of a flame tree flower. We love the spectacular flame tree in the gardens of our Lismore Campus, and the shape has in one form or another inspired our logo since 2001.
The current artwork is based on a close-up view of the flower, but it also draws on our role as a centre for students, connecting them with rural communities and with rural health. Through the colours we use in our logo there is also a subtle but important recognition of the importance of Aboriginal culture, staff and history on the work we do.
