Fresh faces to the North Coast … Western Sydney University long stay medical students and their Lismore sub dean A/Prof Dr Charlotte Hall, ready to start at Lismore Base hospital.
After undertaking a week of orientation at UCRH, including a palliative care masterclass, the students commence placements in our region in July across the breadth of Mental Health, Haematology/Oncology, Surgery and Indigenous health and General practice placements and also undertake local community research projects.
