There was an exciting health focus at the Northern Rivers Careers Expo at Lismore showgrounds this week.
Nathan Rollinson, Rural Schools Community Engagement Officer from Western Sydney University was assisted by WSU Lismore medical students, Lucy and Lucinda, who did a great job talking to local students about careers in health.
Over 2,000 school students from 26 high schools, studying across years 10-12 attended the event, with much interest generated in medicine, paramedicine, and the allied health sciences.
