Write. Connect. Collaborate.
This two-day in-person retreat at UCRH’s Lismore campus is designed for anyone who writes about disasters or climate change, whether you’re a grant writer, communications specialist, program manager, academic, or practitioner. Take time to focus on your writing, connect with others in the field, and (if you choose) participate in peer review sessions. Last year’s retreat sparked new friendships, broadened perspectives, and fostered collaborations across organisations and universities.
Registration
To register, simply make a donation of up to $30 to a charity of your choice and email proof of donation to:  ucrh.research@sydney.edu.au. This approach encourages full participation and commitment to the retreat. It worked beautifully last year—and we’re excited to do it again.
