Target Audience: Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Medical Officers and Ambulance
Officers who care for paediatric patients.
Course Overview: This four hour workshop provides participants with the opportunity to
further develop the knowledge, and skills required to manage the acutely unwell child.
Training Methods: A combination of lectures, skill stations and immersive scenarios and
reflective debriefing will be used to cover common paediatric emergencies.
Maximum Participants: Maximum of 12 participants.
