Advanced Emergency Performance Training

Optimisation of the non-technical skills of the critical care doctor and nurse, through:

• interactive instruction, small-group tutorials and workshops, led by two senior aviation experts experienced in the translation of high-level non-technical skills to medical emergencies
• development and discussion of advanced non-technical skills with aviation experts, emergency physicians, and medical and nursing colleagues
• practice of non-technical skills in high-fidelity simulation laboratories with medical and nursing colleagues, overseen by two senior aviation experts, a senior FACEM, and senior nurses.
