This seminar will highlight, explore, empower and encourage a mutual conversation with attendees. The seminar is based on the learning outcomes around models of care that place the patient and the doctor in the driving seat to innovate and provide a care that’s truly cost effective and delivers.
Vijay Kumar is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a member of the Royal college of GP’s and the American Academy of Family Practice. He works in S. Yorkshire as a front line GP, Medical Director and Community surgical trainer. He has won the National Health Service “Leader of the year Award” in 2015 (Yorkshire and Humber). He takes on the role of Visiting Professor in Innovative Primary care from August 2015.
