A HETI representative, Karyn Sherman, will provide information on the NSW Rural Generalist Medical Training Program (RGTP), advise of entry to the program and lateral entry to the advanced skills year. The RGTP is a training program for doctors who are on, or planning to apply to, a GP training pathway and who wish to obtain an advanced skill. In addition, Karyn welcomes the opportunity to meet with clinical supervisors who supervise GP trainees and other staff, to answer questions, discuss concerns and provide updates on the program. Recruitment to the advanced skills training year opens 19 July 2018.
