SIM MAN is hoping to get some rest this afternoon in preparation for our High School health careers day tomorrow.
We’re looking forward to welcoming around 60 year 11 students (and their careers advisors) here for a packed day of activities. The students will:
- Listen to a panel discussion with current health university students
- Gain insights into medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, dentistry, and more!
- Participate in hands-on skills stations
- Learn suturing, basic life support, dentistry skills, and more
- Discover pathways into the world of health with interactive sessions.
- Engage with clinicians, get exam tips, and explore career options.
A unique part of the days is a session aimed at careers advisors, to support them in their work to help students navigate career pathways into health fields.
