Former UCRH medical student Tim Watson, has published a research paper in the journal Public Health, titled “Relationship between climate change and skin cancer and implications for prevention and management: a scoping review”.
Tim completed a research block at the UCRH in 2023 under the primary supervision of Professor Ross Bailie. His paper explores the link between climate change and skin cancer, and how it affects the prevention and management strategies for this common and potentially fatal disease.
