Course Overview
This two-day ALS Program is suitable for health professionals in the provision of adult advanced life support in a clinical setting. Accredited by the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses (ACCCN) and based on the latest 2016 Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines, the program includes a comprehensive Adult ALS manual, access to an E-learning quiz, plus a 2-day interactive workshop including assessment and certification.
Target Audience
Registered nurses, medical officers and paramedical staff who:
- Require ALS Certification
- Are new to Emergency, Intensive Care, Anaesthetics, Recovery or High-Dependency
- Work in small facilities with limited medical cover
