Clinical Skills Training Continuing Professional Development Simulation Workshop
Mechanical Ventilation Workshop @ UCRH Nyumbalihgu Simulation Centre | Lismore | New South Wales | Australia

The mechanical ventilation workshop is designed for clinicians working in critical care areas who wish to enhance their knowledge of Mechanical Ventilation.
Topics include Invasive Ventilation, Non-Invasive Ventilation and High Flow Nasal Cannula. Different ventilation strategies will also be discussed.

Breakout sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to practice setting up the following equipment:

  • Hamilton T1 ventilator
  • Oxylog 3000
  • RespironiCS V60
  • Airvo 2
  • Neopuff

Scenario based activities will also provide participants with the opportunity to trouble-shoot common ventilator problems.
